How long does production take?
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing begins after the order is placed and does not include transit time, weekends or public holidays.
How do shipping and delivery work?
Delivery is generally estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. United States orders are shipped DDP, with import duties and customs charges included. Canada and Australia orders are shipped DDU, so applicable import charges may be collected on delivery. Carrier and customs delays can affect the estimate, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
